THE TITLE IS: THE VICAR OF GOTHEM CITY

Last night I finished watching from the library Vicar Of Dibley: Series One and Series Two. One of my all time favorite comedies. Also this morning I pulled off my shelfs Batman Begins and Superman Returns. I was in the mood for watching two of DC Comics big three as I was waking up and having a read through Batman: Arkham Asylum which I spotted at the library the other days. I am always suprised when I read it somewhere else that it has not made its way into my collection as of yet as I have most of Grant Morrison's work from the big two. One of the best Batman books ever and a really peice of fine story telling.

Just got through putting a bunch of stuff on hold at the library. Wave's going to start charging me delivrey charges. I guess I had better really get the dishes done tonight or my ass is going to get kicked.

I finally make the choice of what will be the next book release in the Tin Universe ebook series. I was writing three books at the same time with the notion that when I finished the first drafts of each of them I would then make the choice. All three first drafts are finished now and I made the choice but it will be none of those three and instead of one of them I'm going to go with a short story collection instead. I'm mad, I know, but this will better set up the next part of the universe building that I am doing with this series.

My father seems to be doing ok from his surgery. He was just released from the Step Down Room at the hospital from as my mom called it, "The room where they had him plugged into all kinds of stuff."

I'm still waiting for my tax papers from my last employer. I think this will turn out messy since they really bad mouthed me when I left to other companies and were not pleased at all that I left after being treated like shit. I'm just in the mood though with all the shit going on in my life to go for a big fight.

THE TITLE IS: TRIPLE

I found out a few minutes ago that they preformed a triple bypass on my father today. From what my brother told me they said he seems to be fine but they will not know for sure for a few days and may have to go back in. I'm going to put off posting the first chapter of ACCORDING TO TESTING until Friday so I can get my head clear because right now I'm barly in any sort of state of living more or less one of editing the first chapter of an ongoing blog story. But writing the first draft on paper has really helped me during this time and it will be a project important to me for if not any other reason than what was on my mind while writing it.

Made a few trips around yesterday to libraries and the local comic book shop before heading home. I plowed throught the following to help certain things be drawned out my mind for a while. We watched Match Point though I had it confused with Wimbledon. Though I like both Dunst and Scarlett but I have not see Wimbledon. Match Point was ok and to be honest would be worth a mention if not for Scarlett. She is one of Wave's favorites.

I pulled Elektra off my shelf in a fit of maddness and watched it. Though owning it might be a sign of maddness all in and of itself. Though any bad taste floating along my brain stem was replaced when I watched Monty Python And The Holy Grail for the uptenth time. Did I use uptenth correctly? I think it was my first time using it? Anyways, the best film ending ever made if you ask me. And you should be asking me because my genius should be shared...Did I spell genius right?

I also watched two television series sets from the library in Father Ted: Series One and Batman The Animated Series: Season Four. Batman The Animated Series is one of the best animated series ever produced from anywhere and I want them all but right now I only own seasons 1 and 2. Father Ted was a series I had heard about for years and decided to finally give it a try. It was ok but did not live up the hype I had been feed for so long.

On the graphic novel front I picked up from the library Green Lantern, Wanted: Hal Jordan and also Batman: Bruce Wayne - Fugitive, Vol. 1 and Batman: Bruce Wayne - Fugitive, Vol. 2. Green Lantern has always been one of my favorite DC Comics characters and I will read anything about them but I was caught by surprise and actualy enjoyed The Bruce Wayne Fugitive collections also.

I think that is all you people need to hear from me right now.

THE TITLE IS: FATHERS

Found out today that my father will be having open heart surgery tomorrow. That is the family issue I spoke of the other day. I will not be starting the story series tonight like I talked about. Looking at ways of maybe making a trip up there soon. I still wish to do the series but it will not start until tomorrow night at the earlist.

THE TITLE IS: FUN HOME? IS THAT POSSIABLE?

Spending time at the library today working on my resume and reading. Besides reading Infinite Crisis I also picked up some graphic novels which I finished and loved. Lets see if I can do some links to what I read here in blogger. I usually do them in Word first before posting.

The first book was Fun Home by Alison Bechdel and then later I finished off Desolation Jones by Warren Ellis. Two very different but very enjoyable books. I recommend both of them to anyone out there. Both are adult reads so don't fall in the old trap of thinking all comic books are for kids and then come complaining to me if you bought this for your kid and they now know women masterbate and the world is harsh.

Which sort of brings me to the subject of cold family types. As example. A young girl was in the library with a huge stack of books. She was sitting in front of me at another table. By ear dropping as I call it. Most writers I think are pretty nosey because they get ideas from living folks but we just hide it better than people like my mother. While hearing this girld talk to Aunt and Uncle sort of weirded me out. They made her call them that and when the women spoke up to tell the "Uncle" about anything he would say things like, "Don't tell me what to do." or "I already knew that." and it was coming from a pure hatered place. Belive me. I grew up with those tones of speech. The controling nature of some men makes me regret how I was born. Not regert enough to have anything cut off but men are such assholes. Back to the cold family thing that I'm trying to talk about but mostly just blindly rambling through sentences and mis-spelled words. These types of families drive me nuts. My family was and is not perfect but at least it was never this cold. Yes I would have rather we been more close because the only time my family hugged was funerals and weddings but at lease my family showed real emotions towards each other. Cold families created cold children who grow to make the world colder. My family just created two dumb ones and one crazy one who are growing towards nothing. When I'm depressed I think along those lines. Well, the dumb ones comment is always there.

Nothing much else to say now but maybe later. I need to find a job soon because I'm not only going nuts from inactivity but from being too deep within my mind without breaks. Writing and reading and the love of a beatiful woman can save your sanity. I know this for sure.
